What does a class involve?
An active programme in sitting and standing with opportunities:
- To work on walking and mobility
- To work on hand and fine-motor skills
- To work on breathing and speech activities
Led by a neuro-rehabilitation expert these sessions are a fun and sociable way to improve both your physical and psychological wellbeing.
Join our FREE online sessions via zoom where you will be able to:
- Work regularly in an active, encouraging environment.
- Achieve greater control of your body and improve your physical skills.
- Develop self-confidence, motivation and psychological wellbeing.

- 6 Weekly sessions for FREE
- Between 10.30am-12pm
- Hosted via Zoom (remote app)
