Event Cancellation Policy
We know that things happen – especially after the past few years – and situations can change.
Here at Paces, we will always help where we can but if you are unable to attend an event, whether due to sickness personally or having to self-isolate, we’re afraid we will not be able to issue a refund. We ask you follow the latest government guidance and keep our events safe for everyone.
If the event has to be cancelled by us, we will let you know as soon as possible and offer a refund or transfer (if the event is being rearranged). If you have raised money for us and you cannot take part or the event is cancelled, it is your responsibility to let your supporters know their sponsorship money will still be paid to Paces.
